[영어 회화] 세면, 화장실 관련 영어 표현

 

아침에 일어난 후, 밤에 잠들기 전 모두가 반드시 하는 일이 씻거나 작고 큰 볼 일을 보는 것이죠. 화장실에서 일나는 일들이 인간의 생리적인 현상과 관련이 깊은 만큼 사용할 일이 많습니다. 그런데 막상 말을 하려고 하면 간단한 표현일 것 같은데도 입에서 턱턱 막히죠. 영어 회화 연습을 할 때 인사말 다음으로 가장 먼저 알아야 할 표현들이 화장실 관련 영어표현이 아닐까 생각합니다. 그래서 화장실에 관련된 표현들을 정리해보았습니다. 유용한 표현들을 잘 기억해서 실생활에서 사용해보세요!

 

세수, 샤워, 양치질 관련 표현

1. wash one's face : 세수하다

• Hey, I'll be right back; I need to wash my face and wake up a bit before the meeting.

2. take a shower / a bath : 샤워/목욕하다

• I had a hectic day, so I'm going to take a quick shower to relax and unwind.
